The Starmark Evo Window Series stands out in a crowded marketplace. A key point that sets the product line apart from the competition is the sheer amount of customization available. You can choose your exterior and interior colors independently. White is the standard interior color, but options include Dark Oak, Melrose Cherry, Onyx Black, and Winchester. Standard exterior color options include Almond, Basic Brown, Bronze, Cocoa, Sandstone, and Terra Brown. Nicol’s Black is available as a premium exterior color option. We can also expertly match an existing color and order it from the factory.
There are many hardware styles to choose from. You can also select your preferred hardware finish. White is standard, but options include Antique Brass, Brushed Nickel, and Matte Bronze.
There are three grid styles to select from: flat, contoured, and Simulated Divided Light (SDL). An SDL grid mimics the look of a traditional multi-pane window, referred to as True Divided Lights (TDLs). The advantage is that SDL is much more energy efficient. You can also choose between various grid patterns, including Colonial and Prairie.
You can add visual interest to your windows via various specialty glass options. There are custom configurations available in addition to obscured, tempered, and laminated glass. Obscured glass provides privacy. Tempered glass gives you added strength, and laminated glass provides better impact resistance and noise reduction. ThruVision Plus high-visibility screens are standard with all casement windows as well.

How far do casement windows open?
Casement windows or crank windows are hinged windows that open out like a door, to either the left or the right. How far they open out depends on the style of hinge. A standard hinge allows for a 45-degree angle, but many windows have restrictor mechanisms that limit you to 1-2 inches initially. There are also egress hinges that allow for a 90-degree angle.
Are casement windows energy-efficient?
Yes, the casement style is a top choice for energy-efficient windows. They offer a tight seal because they don’t run on a track like double-hung windows. Many casement windows are ENERGY STAR certified and thus eligible for rebates and other energy incentives. You can also opt for high-efficiency options, such as triple-pane glass and Low-E coatings.

Overview
Starmark Casement windows offer a seamless, elegant look and have incredible numbers in structural and thermal performance. It is built to look like a wood window without having the hassle of wood window. Picture shows a matching window trim available through authorized dealers.
The patented well designed lock handle travels 180 degrees and provides auto click when the unit is properly locked.
A progressive multipoint locking system placed around the entire casement window allows for a weathertight seal by drawing the sash firmly together and securely to the master frame. (Quantity and position of the locking point depends on the size of the window.)
The casement opens a full 90 degrees for maximum ventilation and easy cleaning from inside the home.
Folding crank handles, standard on all casement windows, minimize interference with blinds and other window treatments.
A beveled screen frame with the appearance of wood molding for added beauty is a great addition to any Casement window. (Available on Casements and Awnings.)
WOCD latches are available as an optional upgrade. WOCDs add an extra level of safety for you and your family. When activated, the device will allow the window to be opened no more than four inches. If you would like to open the window fully, you can deactivate the device, and when you close the window, the device automatically reactivates.
Available in White and Almond.

Starmark Evo offers seven optional exterior stock colors and custom exterior colors from a virtually unlimited selection of paints. Our paints are environmentally safe and durable, giving your window a vibrant and long-lasting color finish.

Looking for a stunning design to instantly set your home apart both inside and out? A choice of decorative grids can highlight the architectural style that speaks to you. GBG (grids between glass) consists of aluminum bars sealed in the insulation airspace between the two panes of glass. Because the interior and exterior glass surfaces are not affected, cleaning your windows is a much easier task. GBG grids on two tone windows are available with matching interior and exterior colors. Custom colors are not available on GBG.
SDL (Simulated Divided Light), are permanent interior and exterior grids that will provide a truly authentic look. Interior grids are available in Euro-White or colors to match products exterior.
